5T Equine is a family owned and operated equine rehabilitation and fitness facility located at 5T Farms nestled on the edge of Elizabethtown Kentucky. Hardin County, otherwise known as Bourbon's Backyard, is just a short drive from Louisville and Lexington, just up the road from Nashville on 65. 

The Thomas Family has been in the horse industry for generations, but Shaun Thomas has owned 5T Farms for over thirty years. He, his wife Jill, and daughters Shelby, Bailey, and Everly share a love for horses. The family works on the farm together training horses and raising cattle with their much-loved farm dogs Zippy, Louis and Holly. 

Bailey has taken the reins at 5T Equine. Raised in Elizabethtown on the farm, Bailey grew up around horses and attended Murray State University majoring in Ag Business. She is passionate about providing the best rehab and fitness program in the state of Kentucky. 

Services include HydroTherapy, EquiVibe, and a Westland Horse Walker.
